MOM has set up the WSH Institute in partnership with the WSH Council to help stakeholders develop the necessary capabilities to manage WSH issues and ensure that WSH improvements in Singapore are sustained.

The WSH Institute aims to become a world-class institute dedicated to WSH and focused on the pursuit of WSH excellence.

Dr Jukka Takala has been appointed as the first Executive Director (ED) of the WSH Institute as of 28 December 2011.
